What is Thai Yoga?

Thai Yoga is a type of bodywork that is done on a mat fully clothed. The practitioner manipulates, stretches, tractions and compresses the recipient's body. It is also referred to as "assisted yoga." The benefits include: relief of muscular tension, decrease of stress and anxiety, relaxation, increase in range of motion and decrease of pain.

Check out what is being said about Laura's sessions:
"Whether you do other kinds of yoga or not, whether you're flexible or not, I wholeheartedly recommend Thai yoga with Laura Humpf. She is a sweet person and a human rolling pin who can squeeze out every possible bit of tension in your body and refresh your spirit. I'm an insomniac and sometimes I fall into such deep relaxation during Thai yoga that I fall asleep! I guarantee you will feel blissful and look on the world with new eyes after Thai yoga with Laura."

"Laura: I can't thank you enough for my wonderful Thai session, but I will try to think of a way.  It was so soothing and so interesting.  When I got home, I was exhausted, even though you did all the hard work!  But I went to bed and slept soundly for the first time in weeks without coughing or feeling like I was suffocating.  This morning I woke up and felt that I was definitely healing from my recent 'dip.'
You have such gifts Laura.  And even more amazing is the way you share them so generously with all your students."

"My one and only session so far was miraculous, no pain for over two months."
